Review results can be checked via email and Affiliate Dashboard
1) Email
a) Review result will be sent via email, rejected reason will be clearly stated in the email.
2) Affiliate Dashboard (Web)
Review result can be found in:
a) Payment Setting Page > click Setting Records
i) In the Payment Setting Records page, Affiliates may hover the cursor to the 🛈 sign to view rejected reason > Click ‘View Details’ and ‘Edit’ > Click ‘Submit’
b) System Message (Top right corner in Affiliate Dashboard)
3) Affiliate Dashboard (App)
a) On Shopee App, go to “Me” > tap “Affiliate Program” > tap “Account” on the bottom left corner > go to “Payment Setting”
b) Approval results can be found in the “Payment Setting” page, you may tap on “Check Reason” to find out the Reject reason
